Installation Method & Application Scope
The steel tube is in the middle, the cabinet is on the front side, and the connecting plate is on the rear side.It is clamped onto the steel tube by bolts. Generally, the friction force is limited and cannot resist the accumulated load from the self-weight of cabinets. When the screen is tall, the cabinets at the bottom may be deformed under compression. This method is suitable for small and medium-sized conventional screens. The spacing of mounting holes on the cabinet needs to be considered. If the hole pitch is only 40 mm, a smaller-size steel tube shall be adopted.
The connecting plate is mounted at the rear of the steel tube, resulting in a thinner overall structure. This installation is simpler; no self-tapping screws are required on site. It is also easy to disassemble and adjust when needed.
